KIWI'S CLEANING PROCESS

At Kiwi Cleaning Co. we use a low-moisture maintenance method that uses a specialized Poly Bloc Tech solution to trap dirt and debris within the carpet fibers. The process begins with a thorough pre-vacuuming to remove loose soil. Next, the encapsulation solution, which contains acrylic polymers, is applied to the carpet and then agitated using an orbital floor scrubber to work the solution deep into the fibers. These polymers immediately begin to surround and bond with the soil particles. As the carpet dries, the polymers crystallize, forming a brittle, non-sticky shell around the captured soil and detergent residues, effectively locking them in. Once completely dry, the hardened crystals containing the dirt are easily removed from the carpet through routine post-cleaning vacuuming, leaving the carpet clean and free of the sticky residue that can lead to rapid re-soiling.

PRECLEANING

Before we begin our service, we want to ensure we start with the cleanest surface possible. We vacuum the area to allow our Poly Bloc solution to work effectively.

POLY BLOC APPLICATION

We then utilize our Poly Bloc solution with a specialized sprayer. This enables us to control water usage and apply the precise amount of solution needed for each specific area or requirement.

AGITATION

We then use and orbital machine that oscillates 1725 times per minute to agitates the Poly Bloc solution into the fibers. Which dry and breaks the dirt particles away from the fibers at they dry.
